Again, where does the days go ...

So after a week of lovely weather over half term, we are left with a wet and cold week, which is OK in one way has it has given me time to catch up with a few things around the house, yes I did do abit of housework ... but I didn't over exhause myself - LOL. Has I'm always saying theirs always tomorrow to do that - LOL.

But I have done these.

The first is one of James planting some vegetables. Last year I was pestering Jon to sign up for an allotment, but he totally refused, then I decided that I could do some planting in pots and tubs around the garden and hopefully produce some great tasting vegetables.

So James has decided that he wants his own pots with the vegetables that he like eg radishes, cucumbers, corn on the cob, red peppers, leeks, carrots, not sure where all the seedlings are going to go when they are eventually planted on, but I'm please that he showing an interest in something other than Football.

So has I got the Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety paper set, I did this layout showing him getting started. I did alot of cutting out for this one, something that I don't normally do, but to be honest I found it very relaxing.

And this is one of the early crops from his radishes, not very big, but I please for him that something has grown.

Then I did this layout, one of James relaxing at the Botanical Gardens and using Crate Paper - Brook Collection.

I'm trying to use up my older stash, so the alphas are some chipboard ones from a set from QVC that I got about 2 years ago. and the rub-on is a Basic Grey one again about 2 years old, so I was surprised that they still worked. Also found some Tim Holtz Spinners which I added at the top of the page.

And this one using MME Lil'Robot Collection with James aged about 3 with his Bob the Builder Set, that he got for Christmas.

So not just trying to use up older stash but also use older photos.

So that all for now, I've done some more layouts using the lovely Scrapagogo May Kit but will upload over the weekend when or if I can think of titles for them. Along with my entries for my Document 2010 Album.

Thanks again for everyone who has voted me for over on UK Scrappers, and please leave your feedback which is much appreciated.
